Causes Of Air Leakage In Sanitary Diaphragm Valves

The pulse solenoid valve, also known as Sanitary Diaphragm Valve, is one of the cleaning components of the pulse bag dust collector. The compressed air of the pulse bag dust collector cleaning spray system is directly related to the dust removal effect of the dust removal equipment. There are several reasons for the leakage of the sanitary diaphragm valve:
1. Damage to the diaphragm of the sanitary diaphragm valve.
2. The gasket of the solenoid valve diaphragm cannot fit tightly with the end face of the air outlet, resulting in leakage of the sanitary diaphragm valve.
3. For the submerged solenoid valve, if there is a hole in the nozzle in the air bag, the compressed air will leak directly into the spray pipe without passing through the solenoid valve.
4. The quality of the diaphragm of the sanitary diaphragm valve itself is poor.
5. Fatigue damage caused by the long working cycle of the sanitary diaphragm valve.
