The design criteria of Sanitary Diaphragm Valve are as follows:

Standardized design:

Each valve of the aseptic diaphragm valve adopts serialized identification to ensure the traceability of complete materials. The valve body surface is highly clean and smooth, with a dead-angle flow channel design and a self-draining installation angle, which is easy to disassemble, maintain and clean. The KL aseptic diaphragm valve is mainly composed of a valve body, a diaphragm valve, a driver, and an automatic control device. Customers can choose products according to design requirements.

Valve body design:
I. Z series-through valve
1. DUB230-180° U-shaped bent welding diaphragm valve;
2. DZ260, DZ266-pneumatic control diaphragm valve;
3. DZ205, DZ220, DZ280-manual control diaphragm valve.

II. T series-T-type valve
DPU335-water point valve;
DZD350-cast/forged valve body;
DZD355-forged precision machining valve body.

3. M-type series
GMP-tandem valve;
DMP-multi-channel valve.
