In addition to the general screwdriver wire cutters, adjustable wrenches and hammers, the following common tools are also used for the disassembly and assembly of sanitary butterfly valves.

1. Fixed wrench: It can only wrench nuts or bolts of one specification. Compared with the adjustable wrench, this wrench is not easy to damage nuts and bolts. It is divided into open-end wrench, integral wrench and plum wrench.

2. Sanitary butterfly valve socket wrench: It is composed of plum wrenches of different sizes. Used in difficult-to-operate positions.

3. Locking wrench: It is a locking wrench, divided into fixed hook wrench, movable hook wrench and U-shaped locking wrench. It is used on the metering aid nut. When it is pulled hard, the elastic rod is deformed, and the greater the force, the greater the deformation. The deformation of the elastic sweat causes the dial to move, and the amount indicated by the pointer is the measured torque. This type of wrench can avoid excessive force and damage to parts. It is often used to measure the preload force of gaskets on electric ball valves.

4. Special wrenches for sanitary butterfly valves: There are ratchet wrenches and torque wrenches. Ratchet wrenches do not need to change angles when turning. Torque wrenches are also called force measuring wrenches.
