1. The position installed in the pipeline is vertical, but not inverted.
2. For butterfly valves with a large number of openings and closings, open the worm gear box cover in about two months to check whether the butter is normal, and keep an appropriate amount of butter.
3. Metal-sealed butterfly valve products are not suitable for installation at the end of the pipeline. If they must be installed at the end of the pipeline, the outlet flange must be installed to prevent the sealing ring from being piled up and over-positioned.
4. The disc plate installation flange is recommended to use a disc valve flange, that is, the HGJ54-91 socket welding steel flange.
5. The valve stem installation and use response should regularly check the valve use effect and eliminate the fault in time.
6. Check that each connection part requires compression, which can ensure the sealing of the packing and the flexible rotation of the valve stem.
7. The flow needs to be adjusted during use, and the worm gear box is used for control.
8. Before installation, confirm whether the performance of our product and the medium flow direction arrow are consistent with the motion conditions, and clean the inner cavity of the valve. No foreign matter is allowed to be attached to the sealing ring and butterfly plate. The butterfly plate is never allowed to be closed before cleaning to avoid damaging the sealing ring.
