How To Use The Sanitary Aseptic Sampling Valve

The usage of Sanitary Aspetic Sampling Valve mainly includes the following steps:

Preparation: Before sampling, ensure hand disinfection and wear clean sanitary clothes and gloves to ensure the hygiene of sampling.

Install the sampling valve: Install the sanitary sampling valve to the specified position, open the pipe of the sampler, and perform the corresponding operation under purified air conditions.

Operation steps:

Insert the cone into the pipe to assist the sampler to enter the sample.

Rotate the sampler so that the contact part inside it releases the sample into the collection container.

Take out the collection container, seal it and mark it as a sample for testing.

Maintenance after sampling:

For ordinary sanitary sampling valves, rinse with water or 75% alcohol after sampling, then fill the valve cavity with 75% alcohol, and replace the alcohol once a day.
For needle sampling valves, sterilize the surface of the sampling valve with 75% alcohol after sampling, plug the valve with alcohol cotton or wrap the sampling valve with tin foil sprayed with 75% alcohol.
The automatic brushing sampling valve can be automatically brushed after sampling.
