Manufacturing Process Of Sanitary Butterfly Valve

Sanitary Butterfly Valve manufacturing process has five steps:

1. All standard elements are mixed in proportion to meet the standard of 304 and 316 materials, and put into high-temperature medium-frequency furnace to melt into liquid, but the temperature must be above 1556 degrees Celsius for operation;

2. Pour into the molded silica sol mold for casting, and cool and form the valve body blank;

3. Enter the blank processing or sandblasting processing;

4. The end face and valve seat are finely processed by CNC machine tools, and the dimensional tolerance does not exceed 0.2mm;

5. Check each sanitary butterfly valve to see if there are any defects, etc., and pack the sanitary valves that meet the inspection standards.
