Precautions For Installing Sanitary Butterfly Valves
The following are the precautions for installing Sanitary Butterfly Valve:
1. Before and after the initial operation of the butterfly valve, the piping system must be flushed, and then the regulating valve must be installed or a transition filter must be installed in front of the valve.
2. The sanitary butterfly valve must be installed according to the arrow on the valve body, and there must not be highly corrosive gases in the working environment.
3. The sanitary butterfly valve must be installed vertically on the pipeline without any deviation. If the valve has a large deadweight or frequent vibrations, a support frame should be installed.
4. The valve body of the sanitary butterfly valve must be prevented from being subjected to excessive stress due to the misalignment of the front and rear piping or the flanges of the blending.
