Precautions For Operating Sanitary Ball Valves

Sanitary Ball Valve has a compact structure, good sealing, and convenient opening and closing. It is widely used in various industries. When operating sanitary ball valves, we should pay attention to the following matters:
1. Sanitary ball valves should be stored in a well-ventilated environment, and in order to protect the inner gasket, the ball valve needs to be in a fully open state, but protective measures need to be taken to prevent dirt from entering the ball valve.
2. Before piping construction, confirm whether the interface is normal. If there is dirt attached, it needs to be cleaned in time.
3. When assembling the pipeline, it is necessary to clarify the flow direction of the medium, and the arrow on the valve body must be consistent with the direction of the fluid.
4. When connecting the valve and the pipeline, the valve must be fixed with a wrench, and then the pipeline must be tightened with a pipe clamp.
5. When tightening the bolts, tighten the bolts by applying force evenly diagonally.
6. When storing sanitary ball valves with sealing rings, the screws will become loose due to the pressure drop, which will greatly reduce the sealing performance. Therefore, when the sanitary ball valve is put back into use, the screws must be tightened.
