Sanitary Diaphragm Valve Types
The main types of Sanitary Diaphragm Valve include L-type, U-type, T-type and clamp diaphragm valves.
L-type diaphragm valve
Designed for pharmaceutical and drinking water systems, its unique L-type structure enables it to control fluid media in three pipelines. This diaphragm valve is mainly used to control pipelines or equipment for pharmaceutical, drinking water and other media, and has the functions of opening, closing and throttling. It is widely used in systems with extremely high aseptic requirements such as biology, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.
U-type three-way diaphragm valve
It has a compact structure and can be installed in any position. The flow direction of the medium has no effect on the opening and closing of the valve, and it can extend the service life of the diaphragm.
T-type diaphragm valve
Designed for the control of fluid media such as pharmaceuticals and drinking foods, its T-type structure can realize the reversal, confluence or diversion of fluid media.
Clamp diaphragm valve
Manually operated by a handle, the drive device has three standards: normally closed, normally open and air-to-air. It is widely used in the biopharmaceutical and beverage and food industries.
In addition, there are other types of sanitary diaphragm valves, such as house type, direct flow type, cut-off type, straight-through type, gate type, etc. These types are selected and applied according to different usage requirements and conditions.
