Sanitary Pipe Polishing

Sanitary Valve has different uses, different welding methods, and different welding requirements. There is generally no requirement for sanitary welding of tableware welding performance. Although there is no requirement, some products require good raw material welding performance, such as tableware, thermos cups, steel pipes, water heaters, water dispensers, etc.

Stainless steel products have good corrosion resistance, so stainless steel can be used as a material for sanitary pipe fittings. Some people have also conducted experiments on the corrosion resistance of stainless steel: heat the salt water solution to boiling, pour out the solution after a period of time, wash and dry, weigh the loss to determine the degree of corrosion, and the result can be imagined.

The molding of stainless steel products will go through a necessary process-polishing. Only a very small number of products, such as the inner tank of water heaters and water dispensers, do not need to be polished. Therefore, this requires the raw material polishing performance to be very good. There are many factors that affect polishing, and the following are some common ones.

1. Defects on the surface of raw materials, scratches, pitting, excessive pickling will cause defects on the surface of stainless steel

2. Raw material problems of sanitary pipe fittings, the hardness is too low, it is not easy to polish, and orange peel phenomenon will appear during stretching

3. After deep stretching, black spots will appear on the surface of the area with great deformation, which will affect polishing
