1. Manufacturing handle

The wrench handle is made of steel plate, and its thickness is half the height of the cylinder. The small head of the wrench is an outer arc, and the large head is an inner bend circle, forming an angle of 300, so that the inner arc is parallel to the cylinder, and then welded into shape. After welding, it should be reshaped and deburred.

The piston is made of cast iron aluminum alloy, and some use cast iron or cast steel pistons. The piston rod is made of round steel. Except for the pneumatic or hydraulic transmission device of the horizontal sanitary valve, the valve stem and the piston rod are usually integrated, and the piston ring has a J-shaped or U-shaped rubber seal ring, a U-shaped PTFE seal ring, a Y-shaped polyurethane seal ring, an oil-resistant rubber O-shaped seal ring, etc. The O-shaped seal ring has a good sealing effect, low friction resistance, and is easy to replace. It is widely used in pneumatic and hydraulic devices of sanitary valves. In the pneumatic and hydraulic transmission of sanitary valves, metal piston rings are generally not used, and are only used in piston-type pressure reducing valves. The cylinder head is a part that fixes the piston rod and the manual rod. It forms the internal organs with the cylinder body. The pneumatic type is divided into two types: double-acting and single-acting.
