Sanitary Butterfly Valve sealing structure

The anti-leakage butterfly valve is based on the foreign technology introduced by our company. It adopts a precise three-eccentric multi-layer metal hard sealing structure. It is widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, electricity, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction with a medium temperature of ≤425℃ to adjust flow and carry and cut off fluid.
1. This valve adopts a three-eccentric sealing structure, and the valve seat and butterfly plate are almost wear-free, with a sealing function that becomes tighter and tighter.
2. The valve body is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance under low and high temperature conditions, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and long service life.

3. The sealing surface of the disc plate of the anti-leakage butterfly valve adopts surfacing cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
4. The disc plate of the large-size anti-leakage butterfly valve adopts a lattice structure with high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance.
5. This valve has a two-way sealing function. It is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium during installation, nor is it affected by the spatial position. It can be installed in any direction.
6. The drive device can be installed in multiple positions (rotated 90° or 180°) for user convenience.
