Several measures to improve Sanitary Butterfly Valve are as follows:

1. The rubber ring is outsourced for production at a fixed point to strengthen quality control. The valves usually used in the water supply industry use EPDM and NBR, but rubber is not used much, and it is strictly forbidden to mix rubber; a factory changes the whole pressure plate of the sealing rubber ring on the butterfly plate into a short dovetail assembly connection to adjust the extrusion degree of the pressure plate in each part to balance the service life of the sanitary butterfly valve, but this adjustment technique is also difficult to master;

2. Some factories have launched DB sanitary butterfly valves and flange sanitary butterfly valves. Their sealing rubber rings are embedded in the dovetail groove, and there is some activity margin. The extrusion condition of the rubber ring can be adjusted by itself when the sanitary butterfly valve is closed;

3. A "fluoroplastic" sealing ring is introduced to replace the rubber sealing ring to improve the wear resistance and aging resistance of the sealing ring;

4. Many manufacturers have launched metal-sealed sanitary butterfly valves to replace rubber ring-sealed sanitary butterfly valves.
