Stainless Steel Mirror Polishing Method
Stainless steel mirror tube is a kind of Sanitary Valve, which has a relatively high requirement for surface roughness. The following is an introduction to the polishing method of stainless steel mirror tube.
1. Polishing machine
The function of the polishing machine is mainly to quickly polish the original rough surface. The polishing machine has three polishing functions: linear polishing, multi-frequency polishing and cross polishing, and all are controlled by the program. The spraying of polishing liquid is completed by a high-pressure nozzle device.
2. Mirror polishing machine
The mirror polishing machine is a special equipment for mirror polishing after the polishing process. The period polishing head is also composed of multiple polishing wheels. The total length of the polishing head is 2700mm. It is installed on a shaft with a diameter of 175mm and 4 keyways. The polishing wheel is prevented from slipping by a specially designed spacer. Special tools can be used for quick replacement. During the working stroke, the polishing head automatically extends and swings horizontally 58 times with the polishing to be polished. The maximum and minimum swing distances are 100mm and 25mm respectively, to achieve comprehensive polishing of stainless steel.
3. Polishing spray device
Each polishing station is equipped with multiple high-pressure, low-flow nozzles and a liquid supply pump. The spraying of the polishing liquid is synchronized with the polishing device, and the pressure is pre-set to solve the quantitative problem. In addition, it should be noted that the nozzle should maintain an appropriate optimal distance between the polishing wheel to save the amount of polishing liquid.
4. Multi-station conveyor
The machine consists of four roller chains and a transmission device. A steel plate clamping device is installed on the link, which is required to have a stable support function of the ribs to withstand the force during polishing.
5. Vacuum suction cup type board loading and board removal device
The device is installed on the gantry frame to hoist the original board and load and unload the finished board. It consists of a vacuum pump, a vacuum pipeline and multiple vacuum suction cups. The number and value of the vacuum suction cups are based on ensuring that the original board will not bend and deform and accurately determine the original board.
