Stainless Steel Mirror Tube Baidu Encyclopedia
Glossary
"Mirror" refers to the surface state of Sanitary Valve. "Mirror stainless steel" should belong to the "8K" surface in the stainless steel industry. 8K refers to the surface roughness level of stainless steel pipe fittings.
Common mirror classification
Common mirror stainless steel is divided into three types: 6K, 8K, and 10K. Generally, it is ordinary polishing, ordinary 6K, fine grinding 8K, and super fine grinding 10K. There is generally no big difference between the same thickness. The 10K mirror is brighter. The thicker the thickness, the worse the effect and the higher the processing cost.
Mirror stainless steel melting point
The melting point of mirror stainless steel is mainly related to the composition and content, and has nothing to do with whether the surface is a mirror. The concept of "red" is vague. When various metals are at 400 degrees Celsius and the environment is not very bright, you can see that they are already "red". So it takes about 400 degrees to "burn mirror stainless steel red".
