Sanitary Valve is a kind of pipe fittings, usually in the form of a circle. Currently, it is mainly used in industries with relatively high hygiene requirements such as petroleum, chemical, medical, food, and light work. Moreover, under the same bending and torsional strength, the weight is relatively light, so stainless steel pipe fittings are also widely used in the manufacture of mechanical parts and engineering structures.

Stainless steel pipe is actually a common steel pipe, but the material is made of stainless steel, and it has different uses according to the surface finish and roughness. For example, the grades of mirror stainless steel are 6K, 8K, and 10K. The surface can be used as a mirror and is usually used for decoration.

Classification: Stainless steel pipes are generally classified by material, and can be simply divided into ordinary carbon steel pipes, high-quality carbon structural steel pipes, alloy structural pipes, alloy steel pipes, bearing steel pipes, stainless steel, and precious metals that meet the requirements of bimetallic composite pipes, coatings and coating pipes, etc. Different uses have different technical requirements, and the production methods are also very different.

Production process: Stainless steel pipes are divided into two categories according to the production method: seamless pipes and welded pipes. Seamless steel pipes can be divided into hot-rolled pipes, cold-rolled pipes, cold-drawn pipes and extruded pipes. Cold drawing and cold rolling are secondary processing of steel pipes; welded pipes are divided into straight seam welded pipes and spiral welded pipes.
