1. Advantages of high platform ball valves:

Since the main valve seat sealing ring material of the high platform ball valve is polytetrafluoroethylene, it is inert to almost all chemicals, has a small friction coefficient, stable performance, is not easy to age, has a wide temperature application range, and has excellent sealing performance. However, the physical properties of polytetrafluoroethylene, including high expansion coefficient, cold flow sensitivity, and poor thermal conductivity, require that the design of the valve seat seal must be carried out around these characteristics. Therefore, when the sealing material hardens, the reliability of the seal will be impaired. In addition, polytetrafluoroethylene has a low temperature resistance and can only be used in this case at less than 180°C. Exceeding this temperature, the sealing material will age. Considering long-term use, it is generally not used at only 120°C.
