The water filling test of Sanitary Ball Valve is as follows:
1. The indoor sanitary ball valve drainage pipe is filled with water according to the height of one floor, and the filling height should not exceed 8m, and there should be no leakage at the interface; the water filling height of the concealed or buried drainage pipe shall not be lower than the ground of the bottom floor; the water filling height of the rainwater pipe shall reach the rainwater funnel at the top of each vertical pipe. After filling with water for a quarter of an hour, it is filled again for 5 minutes, and the liquid level does not drop. It is qualified.
2. The outdoor sanitary ball valve drainage pipe should be strictly pre-checked 20 days after filling with water. If there is no leakage, it is considered qualified. For non-metallic sewage pipes, a water seepage test is also required, which must comply with the following regulations:
① In wet soil, the amount of water infiltrating into the pipe should be determined according to the groundwater level line. If the groundwater level exceeds the top of the pipe by 2~4m, the amount of water infiltrating into the pipe shall not exceed the provisions of the following table; if the groundwater level exceeds the top of the pipe by more than 4m, the water seepage is allowed to increase by 10% for every additional 1m.
② In dry soil, the water filling height should be 4m higher than the top of the pipe in the upstream inspection well, and the amount of water seeping out of the pipe should not exceed the provisions of the following table.
③ The seepage test time should not be less than 30min.
④ Pipes with corrosive sewage discharge are not allowed to leak.
