Fluorine-lined valves are made into various valves and pressure vessels by using their performance in resisting strong corrosive media. When not in use, we need to pay attention to the maintenance method to avoid the quality loss of fluorine-lined valves due to improper storage. So do you know what are the installation requirements of electric fluorine-lined valves?
The installation requirements of electric fluorine-lined valves are as follows:
1. There is no principle requirement for the installation form of the electric device, but the motor is in a horizontal state, and the electrical box cover is in a horizontal or vertical upward state. It is recommended to install it in a form that is conducive to lubrication, commissioning, maintenance and manual operation;
2. During installation, the space required for maintenance and inspection personnel to disassemble each component must be guaranteed;
3. The bolts connected to the fluorine-lined ball valve shall not be lower than grade 8.
4. When disassembly is required, first rotate the manual handwheel several times and proceed with the valve slightly open;
5. During installation, disassembly and commissioning, the sealing surface, seals and explosion-proof surface of explosion-proof electric equipment must not be damaged. Anti-rust oil should be applied on the explosion-proof surface, and the electrical cover should be tightly covered to prevent rain or moisture from entering.
6. The window cannot collide with hard objects.
7. The electric device is a short-time working system, and the continuous working time shall not exceed the time marked on the nameplate.
8. When the electric fluorine-lined ball valve is not in use, it should be regularly inspected, maintained and operated. It is recommended to be operated at least once a month, and the operating time shall not exceed 10 minutes.
