Sanitary Ball Valve uses a ball with a circular through hole as the opening and closing part. The ball rotates with the valve stem around the center line of the valve body to open and close the valve. The fluorine-lined ball valve adopts a special molding process, and the V-type PTFE packing combination makes the valve achieve zero leakage. So do you know what precautions are there for the use of fluorine-lined ball valves?

The precautions for the use of fluorine-lined ball valves are as follows:
1. Before use, read the product manual carefully.
2 The use temperature of the gas-lined ball valve lined with T40 cannot exceed 150'. The lining material used is P46, and the long-term working temperature must be controlled below 120C.
3. The use pressure of the gas-lined ball valve cannot have negative pressure. Negative pressure will cause the gas-lined layer in the gas-lined ball to be sucked out, peeled off, bulged, etc., resulting in the ball opening and closing failure.
4. The positive pressure of the medium must be controlled within the specified use range. Exceeding the range will cause the gas-lined layer in the gas-lined ball to be distorted and deformed, causing leakage.
5. In the pipeline system, low-pressure environments can be used with wafer-lined gas butterfly valves, including gas stop valves and fluorine-lined gate valves.
6. The medium used for gas-lined stainless steel ball valves must not contain hard particles, impurities, and crystals, so as to avoid scratching the gas lining during the opening and closing process of the ball valve.

The inside of the fluorine-lined ball valve body is lined with highly corrosion-resistant fluoroplastics, which has excellent corrosion resistance and sealing performance, and can be widely used in environments with various strong corrosive media such as strong acids and strong alkalis.
