What Are The Reasons For Air Leakage In Sanitary Diaphragm Valves?
Sanitary Diaphragm Valve uses connection forms such as slip-on flange connection, quick-release flange connection, and welding connection. So do you know what are the reasons for the leakage of sanitary diaphragm valves?
The reasons for the leakage of sanitary diaphragm valves are as follows:
1. Damage to the diaphragm valve diaphragm.
2. The gasket of the diaphragm valve diaphragm cannot fit tightly with the end face of the air outlet, resulting in leakage of the solenoid valve.
3. For submerged diaphragm valves, if there is a hole in the nozzle in the air bag, the compressed air will leak directly into the blowing pipe without passing through the diaphragm valve.
4. The quality of the diaphragm valve diaphragm itself is poor.
5. Fatigue damage caused by the long working cycle of the sanitary diaphragm valve.
The sanitary diaphragm valve is equipped with a flexible diaphragm or a combined diaphragm in the valve body and the valve cover, and its closing part is a compression device connected to the diaphragm. Sanitary diaphragm valves are widely used in sanitary brewing, dairy products, beverages and other food industries as well as in the pharmaceutical field under aseptic conditions.
