What Are The Working Principles Of Sanitary Butterfly Valves?
Sanitary Butterfly Valve is a sanitary, automatic or manually operated butterfly valve suitable for various applications in stainless steel piping systems. So do you know what are the working principles of sanitary butterfly valves?
The working principle of sanitary butterfly valves is as follows:
The BV6 series butterfly valve can be remotely operated by a pneumatic head or manually operated by a handle. There are three standard actuator types, namely normally closed (NC), normally open (NO) and air/air (A/A). The actuator converts the axial movement of a piston into a 90° rotational movement of the valve shaft. When the circular butterfly in the valve body contacts the sealing ring of the butterfly valve, the torque of the actuator increases and closes the valve. Different manual operation handles can be selected to mechanically lock the valve in the open, closed, middle or other positions. Realize the flow adjustment.
The sanitary butterfly valve adopts standard electronic polishing, and the smooth surface ensures cleanliness, no medium accumulation area, and no potential contamination. Quick disassembly and assembly valves make valve opening and maintenance quick and easy, and shorten process downtime.
