What Is The Working Principle Of Sanitary Diaphragm Valve?
Sanitary Diaphragm Valve belongs to the valve series, which is common in the food industry and petrochemical industry engineering. There are three standards for the drive device: normally closed, normally open and air-to-air. So do you know what is the working principle of the sanitary diaphragm valve?
The working principle of the sanitary diaphragm valve is as follows:
The close fit between the valve body and the diaphragm of the sanitary diaphragm valve provides the valve body seal and the valve seat seal, ensuring the isolation of the internal and external environments of the pipeline, so the valve is suitable for aseptic processes.
The opening and closing of the sanitary diaphragm valve is achieved by the up and down movement of the valve stem. When the valve stem is in the upper position, the spherical diaphragm bends upward to form a conductive state. When the valve stem moves from top to bottom, the valve core is driven to bend the diaphragm, forcing the diaphragm to be close to the valve seat area or, closing the path to the pipeline fluid. The sanitary diaphragm valve can be operated manually, pneumatically, or controlled by an intelligent controller.
The sanitary diaphragm valve has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful shape, quick disassembly and assembly, flexible operation, small fluid resistance, and reliable use.
