What Preparations Should Be Made Before Installing A Sanitary Ball Valve?

Before installing Sanitary Ball Valve, the following preparations need to be made:
1. Prepare the pipes connected to the sanitary ball valve, and the front and rear pipes must be coaxial, and the two flange sealing surfaces should be parallel; the installed pipes can withstand the weight of the sanitary ball valve, otherwise appropriate supports need to be installed.
2. Clean the connecting pipes and clean the internal dirt and impurities.
3. Check the mark of the sanitary ball valve and open and close it several times to ensure that it can be put into normal operation.
4. Remove the maintenance parts on the flanges on both sides of the sanitary ball valve.
5. Clean the valve hole and valve seat, blow away fine particles and impurities, and avoid wear on the sealing surface.
