The assembly and disassembly of sanitary butterfly valves are strictly required. In addition to the movable wrenches, screwdrivers, wire cutters and hammers that we often use, there are also these commonly used tools. Let's see what role they play in the whole process.
(Tool 1 ☆) Fixed wrench: It can only wrench a nut or bolt of one specification. Compared with the movable wrench, this wrench is not easy to damage the nut and bolt. It is divided into open-end wrench, integral wrench and plum wrench.
(Tool 2 ☆) Socket wrench: It is composed of plum wrenches of different sizes. This wrench is also suitable for difficult positions.
(Tool 3 ☆) Locking wrench: It is a locking wrench, divided into fixed hook wrench, movable hook wrench and U-shaped locking wrench. It is used on the nuts of the meter plant.
(Tool 4 ☆) Special wrench: There are frying wheel wrenches and torque drum wrenches. The angle of the ratchet wrench does not need to be changed when it is wrenched. The torque wrench can also be called a force measuring wrench. When the force is applied, the elastic rod will deform, and the greater the force, the greater the deformation.
The deformation of the elastic wrench causes the dial to move, and the amount indicated by the pointer is the measured torque. This wrench just overcomes the disadvantage of excessive force and damage to parts. It is often used to measure the preload force of the gasket on the electric ball valve.
(Tool 5☆) Handwheel wrench: It is welded with pipes and round steel below l', and it is often used to switch the handwheel.
Note: Before installing the pneumatic sanitary butterfly valve, the protective covers on both sides of its flange end need to be removed, and it needs to be flushed and cleaned in the fully open state. Before installation, the entire ball valve must be tested according to the specified signal, and it can be installed online only after passing the inspection. When preparing to connect to the pipeline, the impurities remaining in the pipeline must be flushed and cleaned.
