Sanitary Valve plays a key role in the petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, papermaking, food processing, pharmaceutical, water treatment and other industries. What are the types of industrial valves?

There are many types of industrial valves, which can be divided into the following categories according to different working principles, structures and uses:

Globe Valve: Control the on-off of the fluid by raising and lowering the valve disc, suitable for occasions where flow needs to be adjusted.

Ball Valve: The on-off of the fluid is achieved by rotating the ball, with fast switching and good sealing performance.

Butterfly Valve: Control the flow of the fluid by rotating the disc, suitable for large diameter and low pressure drop occasions.

Gate Valve: Control the on-off of the fluid by raising and lowering the gate, suitable for large diameter and fully open or fully closed occasions.

Check Valve: Allows fluid to flow in one direction and prevents fluid backflow.

Safety Valve: used to protect equipment and pipeline systems. It automatically opens when the pressure exceeds the set value to release excess pressure.

Pressure Reducing Valve: used to reduce high-pressure fluid to the required working pressure.

Control Valve: used to control the flow, pressure and temperature of the fluid.

Plug Valve: controls the on and off of the fluid by rotating the plug. It has a simple structure and is easy to operate.

Needle Valve: has a slender valve needle, suitable for fine-tuning flow and small flow control.
The main functions of industrial valves are to control the flow, pressure, direction and flow rate of the fluid, as well as to prevent fluid backflow and isolate the pipeline system.
